We've been at Timberlane in Bradenton for 2 weeks and we love it. It's a small (56 sites), quiet park with full hookups. It just opened in February, so it's not in many databases yet. Located on FL64 3/4 miles EAST of I75. Convenient to everything. The residents are a mix of 5th wheelers and motor homes, snow birds and visitors.
The infrastructure is still under construction. The pool and clubhouse are nearly finished and the owners are waiting for permits to develop the back side of the park that will double the number of sites. However, the existing sites are up and running and I haven't seen any infrastructure issues while we've been here.
