Define "near" and what type of park you are looking for.
As Bumpy stated, Cherry Hill is the most convenient, with easy access to the Metro Green Line.
There are State parks within 45 minutes of DC in Maryland and Virginia too if that's your wish. I know Patapsco State Park in Ellicott City is nice and about 40 minutes north of DC, straight up route 29.
