Nice list but a couple are just too far to be considered DC campgrounds. Ramblin pines and Patapsco are Metro Baltimore CG's and are not very convenient or concerned with DC.
You did include the nudist CG which may change someone's DC plans altogether. Duncan's has been sold but and is now called as Adventure Bound DC.
