Campgrounds with River Access

We have been camping at Natural Bridge Yogi on the James River in Virginia for several years and really enjoy it. The staff and reservation process is just making it difficult to keep booking there. Looking for alternatives in the Virginia, DC, PA , Maryland area right on a river. Anyone have a campground they would recommend?

    X2 for Buttonwood on the Juniata in PA!!! outstanding campground. Harpers Ferry KOA is dang close & very nice too
