Although it gets worse reviews, the Pocatello KOA is under new management/new ownership. Its advantage over Cowboy is, IMO, the view - Cowboy is right by the interstate & the cemetery (noisy on one side, quiet on the other :) ) and is, as previously noted, a MHP, though not as seedy as many of those can be. View is ok - mostly of the cemetery across the street. The KOA is up in the hills a bit & near a residential area (and another MHP, which is next to but not part of the KOA). If you go for the KOA, I'd recommend the EW sites rather than FHU - they're a little wider, and not as crowded as the FHU section.
