We did years ago. We are from Michigan so we did not think it was too cold.
We have also been there in early March.
When we camp in what we expect to be cold weather we always take an electric blanket and extra blankets along. Plus of course cold weather clothes and lots of mittens and gloves. Do not always need them but we are prepared.
Just remembered, a shovel and extra thing to do in case we are snowed in.
