Very good posts all. We spent some time in the Salida area a number of years back and really enjoyed it. I appreciate the feedback about the fires. We don't 'have' to go do Co this year, it's just on our list of places for the kids. With that in mind, if the fires/weather are a problem, we may need to think about 'plan b'.
