This may be on the list of the Ventura campgrounds, we hosted at Emma Wood State Beach for 5 winter seasons. It's right on the water, great views, but no facilities at all. You get free dumping at McGrath State Beach when you stay there. At that time of year, it's hardly used and is easy to get into. There's not much in the Ventura area besides the state and county parks. You can pm me if you have any other questions. Foster Park has full hookups, a few miles from the beach, it has a funky entrance that is too steep, in my opinion. We have a 36' 5'r and I think it would drag going in.
