Camping Near Iowa City/Coralville, IA

Sorry to hear Colony closed. :( The owner, when we were there, was an older gentleman; perhaps he (or his heirs?) couldn't find a new owner? We haven't recently been there, but have you tried the COE parks off the Coralville exit? They looked wooded & nice. Mostly electric sites, but a few FHUs; seems it's tough to reserve the latter online. The only other place we tried in that area was one in West Liberty, a former KOA behind a gas station. It was ok, nothing to write home about. According to rvparkreviews, it was open last year as Little Bear CG, rated "average."
