Are there any campgrounds where we could literally put our 5er on the beach for a night?

Bahia Honda comes close, but getting a site is on the par as getting one in Yosemite Valley.
Some commercial CG in the keys are on the water edge if not exactly a beach. Pirate Cove in Marathon Key and the KOA further south for two. Florida beaches are mostly publicly owned up to the mean high tide line, which makes putting in a commercial beachfront c/g difficult.
