Cons: difficult to find, industrial area, no grass or trees, expensive laundry, rate is high for what you get, train noise.
Pros: shuttle to casino, near the metro for sightseeing, clean rest rooms, "ok" site size.

We stayed outside St Louis at the KOA in Eureka. Quite a drive into the city though. Another option is in St Peters - 370 Lakeside RV campground municipal park with full hookups, grass and walking trail along lake. Not fancy but a good option if you don't mind driving to get into the city.
