Catalina State Park, Arizona?

Has anyone stayed at Catalina State Park outside of Tuscon? We're thinking about staying a few days there for New Years. Any comments or suggestions would be welcome as to the facilities, weather that time of year, things to do, etc.

Thanks for the info. We'll be coming from So Cal and normally stay at South Carlsbad State Beach every New Years but want to try a new destination this time around. Might even check out Quartzite on the way in.

Check reviews on RVparkreviews.com They look very glowing. Everybody I've talked with that has stayed there loved it. Planning on staying there next winter for a week.
