Cheapest/free rv parking SF BAY AREA???

I don't think you will find anything free in the Bay Area. You might consider staying at the good Sam park in Concord and taking Bart into the city.

What about truck stops??

Free parking in SF:):) not a chance!!!!! I would find an RV park in the Napa , Santa Rosa area to use as a home base to tour SF.
