Cherry Hill Park Preferences
May be going to Washington DC in September. Anyone have a preferred site in Cherry Hill Park? Is the transportation to Mall good? Other campgrounds in the area? Thanks.

Because I am a tightwad, we will be staying at Greenbelt Park in Greenbelt MD. It is run by the national park service. It has no hookups. It does honor the old peoples pass.
We stayed there a couple of times and drove a short distance to the Metro station. The park itself is in a nice location, but outside of the park is nothing but traffic everywhere.
Next week we will be staying at Capitol KOA in Millersville MD. The CG is supposed to have a shuttle to DC, although our primary goal is visiting Annapolis this trip.
