Clayton Idaho RV Park - Torrey's Burnt River Inn
DH and I are looking into camping here for Memorial Day. I'm looking for feedback from anyone that has stayed there. There are reviews that I've found, but would like additional information.

Reminds me of the old days growing up along the Wasatch.
You have it made back there...I really miss it. - Finally was able to download the photos from my camera to my laptop. Here's pictures of our site at Torrey's - site 6. There are 10 sites in this RV park - all with full hookups. It's a circle, so it's an easy in and out. The owners are very accommodating. Letting you park your rig either straight back or sideways if you want. Plenty of room between sites.

Great satellite site
- It's definitely in a canyon. Winds whipped down through it several times a day, but still beautiful.
- I worked building the mine there along time ago. I stayed at the hot springs in Challis though. I was told back then that in the dead of winter they can only nphysically see the sun for 15 min because of being in the canyon there.
- Well, no responses, but we decided to go for it. We would definitely go back. We were the only ones in this little 10 space RV park right on the Salmon River, near a highway, but very little traffic. Scenery was amazing. Full hookups for $25 a night and the owners were very accommodating. fire ring supplied with wood and a nice picnic table. Perfect place for that early season or late season trip when you want heat without having to run your generator non stop. The power was clean. I'll have to post pics later.
