Streetsboro KOA is a nice campground. We've stayed there quite a few times when our son was at Kent State. If you are looking for other stuff do do, consider riding along the Cuyahoga River in the park. The park system along the Cuyahoga is very scenic and just fun to explore.
The Cleveland Art Museum and the Cleveland Botanical Gardens are real gems also.
Another camping possibility is Punderson State Park, which is east of Cleveland. The commute time from the park to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame may be a bit longer, but I'm not sure.
