- mlts22ExplorerJust consider it an expensive enclosure for the new pen you tossed in your goody bag.
- loulou57ExplorerI'm betting you are just looking....Ha!
I'm betting you will be just buying, LOL - tatestExplorer III've been to the Cleveland Show, after visiting the Tampa show. Had a hard time seeing Cleveland as a supershow, since it all had to be inside, there just wasn't that much space, nor that. many dealers present. Kansas City actually did better.
- Chuck_thehammerExplorerWell RV show in January... Ohio... cold .. Winter.
IX center is the largest place to have a RV show in NE Ohio.
other wise I would have to drive 800 miles... south.
and did you know the IX Center used to be the factory for Battle Tanks in WWII? - Bob_VaughnExplorerWe drove from DC back in the 60's to that show.....It was indoors but still cold.....Next week we will be going to the Tampa RV super show....I think there is suppose to be around 1600 rv's to look at. I have gone to everyone since this show started about 28 or so years ago. Every year I look at less and less units because of leg issues.....

Well that is how it starts. No saving you now. Good luck in your search just don't decide too quickly. Make sure it is the one you want at the price that you feel is fair.
ENJOY1111 - beemerphile1ExplorerI've been to the show many times and have never been tempted to buy on the spot. Don't believe the lies, you can get the same price next month as the 'show special'. The whole thing is designed to push shoppers into making dumb impulse purchases.
When spending many thousands of dollars is NOT THE TIME to make an impulsive decision. Good luck.Chuck_thehammer wrote:

During WWII it was a bomber plant and built planes. They started building tanks in the fifties. Do you also know that at one time it was used to store soybeans?Bob Vaughn wrote:

I doubt it was at the IX Center (tank plant). GM built military equipment there until 1972. :B It became an exhibition hall in the eighties. If you attended an event earlier it was probably at Cleveland Public Hall which is much smaller. - wny_pat1ExplorerHas to be better than the RV Supershow in Buffalo!!

Interesting, I've exhibited there(IX) several times and never knew the history. Thanks!
