Got some follow-up info from owner:
We do have a pumper truck that comes for onsite sewer removal. It's a local
septic company & they charge between $30-$45, depending on tank size. They
also require that I have a minimum of 3 rigs to be serviced in order to come
by. It's not always easy, but folks have certainly appreciated the
convenience when it works! Yes, we are in a light commercial district.
"Riverland Industrial Park" is technically what it's called, there are
several wood shops, a plumbing company, a gym, storage, and other businesses
with minimal impact. Crested Butte has such a heavy hand of regulations,
the commercial area is the only place an RV Park would ever be allowed to
operate. It was quite the process getting our approval when we built the
park 3 years ago. We are 2 miles from town, whether on the road or on the
bike/rec path.
Let me know if you, or anyone else, has anymore questions.
Sincerely,
Cari
Sounds great to me & can't wait for our trip!
