Yes; that blocking sitting out over the Pacific "directing all the moist traffic" up north, is being chipped away big time as we write...it WILL break down in the not to distant future; I'd venture to say that within 1 or 2 ~~weeks of this post, Cali will finally get precip...hang in there!
