I was there last August in the 1400 loop ( it's there premium) and to me it's one of the best, why the sites are really private and large, the bus stop is at the entrance of the loop which is just a few steps away from site, compared to other sites you have to walk a little further. Also, the laundromat is nearby like in the outer loop of the 1400. Don't forget you can call a couple of weeks prior to arrival and request for the 1400 (little or big bear loop) I stayed at the little bear a little less traffic, not that there was a lot more in the outer loop.
