Elkmont campground question
Can anyone tell me where I can fill my water tanks before I set up at Elkmont Campground in Smokey Mountains NP. I know there is a dump station at the Sugarlands Visitor center but I can't find any in...

We go to Elkmont each year. There is fresh potable water at the dump station. When we arrive in town we go to the visitor center to get our schedule of events for the week, then drive across and fill our fresh tank to the very top. Then it is just short drive (maybe 3-4 miles) to Elkmont. Easy as can be. If we need extra water during the week, we use 5 gallon jug and get water from the bath houses.
