I like Allstays as well, and read the reviews...
In general, I'm rarely disappointed with Good Sams parks for cleanliness, but many times they are off the freeway in California. You will be going by Durango in Red Bluff on I-5 for example - beautiful park, but it's underneath I-5 practically, every 10 seconds a semi truck is hitting the J-brake.
It's always a tossup for me, I like the quiet and relative solitude of a state or national park during the off season, but I get a little punchy without my Internet and electrical service. I actually try to stay working if needed when I'm on a trip, so your needs may vary.
