flood in Austin

When you're a Texas snowbird you learn pretty fast not to camp down by that pretty river.

FWIW, when the camp host tells you to move, move.

Sounds like people worry more about the semantics of the warning more then the event itself.

Actually, it's primarily a throw back from the old teletype days. .

Old habits die hard. If they actually want people to read those things they should write it so your eyes aren't bugging out when you're done.

Actually, it's primarily a throw back from the old teletype days. The keyboard design was different than the current qwerty keyboard of today. You had upper case letters if you typed normal, and if you hit shift, it went to symbols/numbers - there were no lower case letters.
