Florida Camping: Where are your spots in the Sunshine State?

Hi there! I've lived in Central Florida for almost 15 years, and sadly have not made it out of the Central FL area as often as I would have expected by this point (just a beach trip here and there)...

Check out Jetty Park, it's just south of the shipping channel that borders the Kennedy Space Center. You can watch the cruise ships go in & out, and there is a fishing pier (no license needed on the pier), playground & very nice beach. They have cabins & a tent area, as well as RV sites. I've been there in March for Spring Training and there are a lot of snowbirds then, not sure how busy they are the rest of the year.
