Ha, small world isn't it! We've lived in Brunswick for 10 years now.
We love Jekyll Island, but aren't big fans of the campground. I can recommend two campgrounds. If you like a State Park like campground, check out Blythe Island Regional Park and Campground. If you prefer a resort, check out Coastal GA RV Resort. Both are very nice. Both are a few miles from Exit 29 (same exit as Jekyll Island). Blythe Island is about $10 cheaper. There is more there for the kids to do. It is also a lot quieter.
