One of the things we've noticed about Willow Tree is that they seem to cater more to the retired crowd and snow birds. Not a lot of activities for the kids. Not that this bothers us, it just the way it is.
I was there last winter and they are catering to the snowbirds and seasonals. The place was packed almost full and had limited sites available for the winter. It is a nice place with very large sites. They are selling Park Models and you can get a site year round at very affordable rates.
Not far from my stomping grounds is Ocean City Maryland. They have a place off the beaten path called Island Resort CG which is almost a carbon copy of Willow Tree. They are doing the same thing and are doing well. Nice to have options. Quiet is good. I am an ole fart now and can relate. :)
