It is a popular place to stay and a lot of local Pinellas county residents (who get an advance opportunity to book) come on weekends especially. So it's easier to get midweek sites, but it may be tough for March at this point.
Read the website, though - they hold back some sites and release them once a week for online booking. Also be aware which section you can book if you have dogs.
