Premium loops are the largest pads, as for getting into the site, that is luck of the draw on the loop location as for as ingress/egress. But I found that most are fine as long as your neighbor across the way (if you have one) has parked in their site and not straddling the loop road.
Out of all the times and loops I have been there, I think the 1400 loop location (could not get a preferred or premium site) was the hardest to get into, but I still managed. The 500 and 300 loops sites I got, I have so far I lucked out the site was on a curve making backing in super easy.
