that's because the tourism council always drags the bodies out of that area so as not to scare tourists. As I said, I have talked to and seen people that have been mugged strolling down cit streets where they shouldn't be. I'd spend the $2-5 or whatever to taxi back myself. but did they stop their golf cart taxi service?
