That's a hard question. You're talking mainly of Prescott or Cottonwood. The only one I can think of that might be family-friendly is Point of Rocks RV in Prescott. I'm not sure if they have permanent yearly rates. You'd have to check with them. There are others that are 55+ age but mostly the parks are not very nice, except the national forest campgrounds. Hope you find something.
