Have a US $ Visa from TD in Canada. Automatic payment on statement due date from my TD Canadian acct. Works perfectly. TD gave me a zip to use when asked. The zip is the banks transfer zip (not sure what that means but it works). The TD US$ Visa has my home Canadian address with postal code and have used it problem free in the US for 8 winters.
