Gettysburg area
I am planning a trip for 3 campers for next year. ONe stop is going to be at Gettysburg. Looking for input on where to stay. Also, How many days should we plan on staying there? thanks

Drummer Boy used to be the top pick for campgrounds but new management a number of years ago pushed them way down on the list. Granite Hill is good but make sure you don't wind up on what they call a "post site". We like Artillery Ridge. It's a bit "rustic" (or at least was) compared to what Drummer Boy was, but it's well run and you can take horseback riding trips right from the campground through the battlefields. If I remember correctly, it's a little further out of town but it's very quiet there.
