Good place between Indianapolis and Louisville??

Nashville or Columbus will be your best bet. Brown County state park is a great park and campground. The hiking trails are wide and easy to navigate, lots of ups and downs, it is nick named mini smokey mountains. The town of Nashville is really neat. Kind of like a mini Gatlinburg. Lots of little shops and resteraunts. Another plus for Brown County is mountain biking. If your family rides there are tons of trails, almost all are maintained. Also there is a large pool in the park.
