- Alan_HepburnExplorerIt's "down at the end of Lonely Street, behind Heartbreak Hotel"...
It really is! - Mr_Mark1ExplorerI actually stayed at the Graceland RV park (we live in Memphis) to have our previous Dynasty serviced at a facility on Brooks Rd. not far from Graceland.
Since I had an early appt. to have the chassis lubed, I thought it would be better to be very close and not fight rush hour traffic. The park is nice and well run (this was probably in 2010).
The 'Graceland' area, actually called Whitehaven, has improved a lot with the new Guest House at Graceland Hotel and Entertainment center. Whitehaven used to be the 'in' place to live in the 50's-60's and like all things, they change. But, the revitalization of downtown has also brought prosperity to that area with continued improvement and tourism.
Enjoy Memphis!
MM. - VeebyesExplorer III am not a big Elvis fan. The DW is. She has been twice & wants to go again. Spends the whole day there. Whatever floats her boat! We stay at the CG across the river. Drop the Admiral off at Graceland in the morning & I go back to the CG, do a few chores & sit out on the levee & watch the towboats go by then go back & pick up she who must be obeyed later.
- garyemunsonExplorer IIWe had a good experience. Only downer was they were razing the "Heartbreak Hotel" that was right in front of the RV park when we were there. You could not ask for a better location to visit Graceland from.
- craig7hNomad IIWas in Memphis this past Sept., did not stay at Graceland. When we visited Graceland the park is more or less right there. If I had not book a 5night stay at Tom Sawyers that would be my next place.
Side note plan on almost a full day at Graceland. By the time you go on the Graceland tour then they have building after building of all Elvis stuff. Its worth the time.
We did a full day at Beale street, Sun Studio etc. If you are into Zoos there's another full day, great zoo however. - bob213ExplorerNice place. Walking distance to Graceland. You can walk across the street to the hotel and take the shuttle to Beale Street which is better than driving and trying to find parking.
- dapperdanExplorerI know you were looking for people that stayed at Graceland park, we did not but I checked them out while visiting Graceland last spring. It's a very well run RV park and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.
We were staying in South Haven (at the time) and didn't know about the RV at Graceland!

I agree!
One BBQ place will come pick you up and bring you back (they did when I was there).
