To the National Park Service "back country" means places you can't drive into.
You are using the term differently, so I'm not sure just what you want. In most of the area around the Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks, RV camping is going to be in campgrounds, rather than drivable dispersed camping. Some will be less crowded than others, particularly if you go outside the parks to Forest Service land, but they will still be RV campgrounds.
