While there are no boondocking locations in Grand Teton National Park, as there are in many others, there are some spots available adjacent to Jackson Lake. You haven't shared what type of RV you have, but it is difficult to reach due to the road surface and grade. By checking at the backcountry office, in Moose, you can find information there about these limited spots.
The Tetons is a National Park that is often passed by those on their way to Yellowstone. But then becomes one's primary destination, for future trips. The Tetons is not a RV, motor vehicle or pet friendly park, due to really experience the park one must get out on the trails, climb, backpack or water activities.
The easiest campground to access, as well as the largest and the last one to close in the fall, is; Gros Ventre. Other notable campgrounds are Signal Mountain, Colter Bay and then a beautiful campground, Lizard Creek. Having one of these campgrounds will position you with a great daily start to any Teton visit.
It is a beautiful park to visit and stop and see the sights, so it is not to be missed. As in a recent trip of mine, below;

Ditto on Colter Bay. We stayed there last summer for a couple of days after leaving Fishing Bridge in YS. Great park, excellent views of the Tetons, hiking, nice grocery store and visitors center. Would highly recommend it. It was off the beaten path and in the middle of everything at the same time.
