Going in October, no kids, and needing advice on: Gatlinburg or pigeon forge ( Better for eats, shops, tourist stuff) No toad , so needing rental car or uber. Nice park? Big rig, 9-9-9 rating ...
We enjoyed going up the hill to the new Anakeesta for the view, memorial, and we walked the hanging bridges. Be sure to do the Roaring Fork Drive out of Gatlinburg. We love eating at Little Tokyo in Pigeon Forge. See the water show at "The Islands". We like the Opry show in Pigeon Forge and Fanny Adams in Gatlinburg.
