Hanksville, Moab or Green River, UT- Free Dumpsite?

Need a free dumpsite in one of the three locations. Online I have found Maverick Gas Station in Moab but anyone know for sure? Also found online Goblins State Park's dumpsite is free even if you are...

I doubt goblin is free but it was kind of free for us when we were there...had a utah state parks pass and just used the dump.

Green river state park...not free I don't think.
