Highland Hammock State Park
Going to be staying here soon, near Sebring FL. Anyone have any opinions of the park, or ideas on what to do near there? All opinions greatly appreciated.

don't forget to check out the local air boat ride. great one operates out of an old bar and campground. cant remember the name but found it online. drive down to Lake Placid, about 15 miles and check out the murals on all the buildings.(sorry the tower is closed) be sure to find the one with the cattle it has sound.If looking for another place to stay check out lake Josephine cg about 8miles south of highlands.we stay there in the winter.
