Oh, forgot to mention that cell phone service isn't great but attainable at the top of the hill (at least for us with Verizon). This is a problem in the area itself but thought to mention it. One solution we found that helps when keeping in touch with others is the online texting through Verizon since we had the campgrounds satellite service.
Also another reason why this place is great for us too is that we have a 38' FW and they have quite a few sites that will fit us!!
