We were there from Sun. late PM until Thur. AM. Spent M,T,W exploring the park. We did it quite leisurely and saw each of the sites-Ash Cave, gorge and rim, Cedar Falls, Old Man's Cave(twice) Conkles Hollow(make sure you go past where the paved trail ends, that's the best part, didn't do Conkle's Hollow rim trail-was about 200+ steps to go up to it then back down, too much work, Rock House, but Cantwell Cliffs were closed for trail work. Had a TON of rain Sun night, so all the waterfalls were really a great sight. We've had lots of rain for the last several days-supposed to continue for the next couple also-so the waterfalls should be really great. Some muddy spots on the trails though. We still had time to relax by campfire, go to Walmart & Radio Shack in Logan. So if you get there early Thursday you should have plenty of time to see it all(Old Man's Cave is right beside the CG, so you could probably get it in Thur. and do the rest the next couple days.) You'll have a blast. Hard to believe there are formations like this just down the road from Columbus. We're only a couple hours away and didn't realize what a great trip it would be so close to home.
