Hoosier National Forest

We will be traveling through the Hoosier National Forest on I-64 and would like to know if it is worth visiting or at least camping there for a night.
  • We stayed 2 nights at Indian-Celina Lake campground. They have electric and the bath houses were nice. The campsite we had was huge but the interior roads are kind of narrow. We have a 26ft TT and didn't have trouble getting into our site. Larger trailers and motor homes could be a problem.
  • Nothing interesting to see IMO. I drive through just because I'm on I-64 often. I do like Lincoln State Park, which isn't far from there. If you enjoy action, Lake Rudolph in Santa Clause, IN, is a popular campground. It borders Holiday World amusement park.
