No, I look down on what appears to be poor judgment and animal abuse. It was a hot day and 4 of the horses were desperately trying to get what little shade was available behind the trailer. The 5th guy was trapsing around in the heat, dipping his face in a large black bucket, then looking up at me and licking his lips. I know what that means, so I went over and found the water bin almost empty. I mentioned it to the lady, who said 'the others will be right back.' I had no idea what that meant.
This was a huge campsite with plenty of shade trees behind it, so I don't understand why they'd set up the corral in the site itself, unless of course they had to use the trailer as a wall. I didn't see them walking the horses to the restroom, so I can imagine the site was well-drenched in urine.
