Older parks that have not updated their electrical or expanded beyond the capability of the infrastructure is becoming more of a problem.
The perfect voltage is 120 volts +- 5%. Therefore the voltage should be between 114 volts and 126 volts. Anything outside of this range is not healthy for the electrical appliances. A/c, refer etc.
Anything below 108 volts is definitly a problem. When we redid our electrical system it was at 126 volts. On a hot summer day, all sites full and every A/C was running we would drop to 124 volts.
