Generally speaking, what group of RVers are you primarily wanting to serve? Travelers just looking for a short 1-2 day stay or RVers looking for long term stays i.e 3,4 months or longer? The distance to Paradise from I-5 would not be really convenient for short term travelers. The design, layout and size of RV sites would be different for long term vs short term RVers. Just a few thoughts.
