There is NEVER a site that is too big for an RV. Most parks have people way too close together, so the bigger the better, if you want your guests as longer term guests. I agree with pull thru sites at least 70' long and if it's more than overnight, a minimum of 40' wide, and that really is a little close for what we like. Please be mindful of where you place posts, firepits, trees, shrubs on the sites. We usually have to make turns getting in and out and it does take wider roads and space to avoid those things. Think about getting in and out if you are maybe towing a trailer and are 48' or more long.
