Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore closed
The Indian Dunes National Lakeshore Park campground is temporarily closed due to a little boy being swallowed up in a sink hole in one of the dunes 6 Year Old Survives

This incident did not affect Indiana Sand Dunes State Park in Chesterton, IN. We were there the day after the accident and everything was open and accessible. The only thing closed was Mt. Baldy which is where the accident occurred.
