- Southwind98ExplorerIt has been a couple of years, at least four since we have stayed there. Really great park to take the grandchildren camping. A lot of activities for them and of course they loved the water park. It is pricey as other have stated, but for the enjoyment that the grandchildren had was well worth it. I believe we stayed in site 215, a back-in site that had some privacy for that sit around camp fire night with the grandchildren.
If not taking the grandchildren and just visiting the area I would stay at Spring Gulch, on one of the sites up the hill. - DrbolaskyExplorerTo be fair, our last visit to the Jellystone in Quarryville was back in 2000! We loved it (the kids were the right age at the time) but as I recall, yes, it was pricey. In the Lancaster area we've also used Old Mill Stream CG next to Dutch Wonderland. Not as nice as Jellystone but much less expensive, too. Agree with other replies to your post - LOTS to do here. Enjoy & safe travels.
- nomad297ExplorerI just got back from my first stay at Spring Gulch in New Holland -- close to Lancaster. This is a very nice campground with large, private sites. I am definitely going back there.
Bruce - 1775ExplorerThere are many nice campgrounds in and around Lancaster. If you want a "resort" then Yogi will give you that. I have not been there but a friend has and said he would go back - he looks for "resort" campgrounds.
- bg71361ExplorerOh so close to Lancaster millions of things to do!
- hammer21661Explorernice place a bit pricey though, I know the buck motor sports park is just up the road and muddy run park has a pretty large lake for fishing but we only caught one little fish.
