You might want to check out Hillsborough State Park there, it is a great park and plenty of space. Go on line to Reserve America, you can see the sites avail, etc. With the snowbirds heading home, they should be able to accommodate you. Wish the best for your mom, and know she is glad your coming to her. Safe travels.
