Fs.usda.gov. Called Kincaid recreation area. Has 3 areas to camp a and b and primitive area. Has water showers flush toilets $15 per day.
Directions: From Alexandria, drive west on Louisiana Highway 28 for 12 miles to Louisiana Highway 121 at Gardner. Turn left (south) and go 0.25 mile to Forest Road 279 (Valentine Road). Turn left (east) on Hwy 279 and go 3.5 miles to Forest Road 205, where you will turn left (north) and proceed to the recreation area entrance and fee station.
